TUSAQ LLC - TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to TUSAQ. This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between TUSAQ LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and you ("User", "Customer", or "you"). By accessing tusaq.com and using our SaaS products, domain registration, hosting, or SMS services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
TUSAQ LLC provides cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tools, domain name registration, web hosting, and bulk/transactional SMS services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to security@tusaq.com.
SaaS & Hosting: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly/annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Domain Registration: Domain purchases are non-refundable once registered with the registry per ICANN regulations.
SMS Services: SMS credits are pre-paid, non-refundable, and must be used in compliance with regional telecommunication laws.
Late Payments: Failure to pay subscription fees may result in immediate suspension or termination of your services and deletion of associated data.
You agree not to use TUSAQ services for any unlawful activities. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Hosting or transmitting malware, phishing scripts, or copyrighted material without permission (DMCA violations).
Sending unsolicited bulk messages (SPAM) via SMS, violating the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or international regulations.
Attempting to breach, stress-test, or exploit the vulnerability of our cloud infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TUSAQ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to TUSAQ LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wyoming.
